FAST TRACK is capable of settling in a frontrunning spot with FIORSUM FRED and TILLMAN also prominent early. SISTER DAAE can be forgiven for an unplaced second up Randwick effort last start when there was an excuse in a race that has produced strong form. CELLARMASTER struck traffic problems at the Gold Coast second up when his unplaced effort was far better than it appears at face value. SOVERATO has not been to the races for ninety days however, she has been given two recent trials at her Warwick Farm home base and the mare that she beat (Lady Harrow) at Kembla Grange last start did then win when she was next produced. SOVERATO mustn't be underestimated here. EL PASO trialed recently at home (Rosehill) and he shouldn't be troubled by the awaiting distance switch tonight. FAST TRACK was a dual acceptor for this meeting and first emergency for this race. If her connections are given the option of competing in this race or in race six, their placement must be respected. She was dominant at Kembla Grange last start with Zac Lloyd aboard.

About Canterbury Racecourse
Canterbury Park Racecourse is located in Sydney’s inner west, about a 15-minute drive from the city centre. It is operated by the Australian Turf Club. The track is used mainly on a midweek basis for night racing, although it sometimes hosts a Saturday meet if Rosehill or Randwick are unavailable.
