CHEZZ DALE (4) made a nice return at his latest appearance a week ago, held up late when finishing 2.7 metres away in third. That continued a string of top-three finishes from last campaign. Draws lower and will be fitter so can go one better. KASH TIN (2) has come from wide barriers of late and was good when only 1.6m away as runner-up two back. This is stronger but he has the benefit of a better draw. TEDDY TURPIN (7) made a mess of the start when resuming but will be fitter. The driver has some work to do from this wide starting position but if he get things right he can be in the money. BELLISSIMO ACQUISTO (8) is first up for three-and-a-half months but has a sound fresh record and was readied with a trial win so could open this campaign with a positive effort.
