LA BOMBA (3) has been racing well of late, coming from tougher barriers to finish third at her last two appearances at this venue. Slight rise in grade but is likely to get the favours from this nice draw so can find the winners' list. ABSOLUTELY STOKED (10) had a win at Marburg two starts ago before another good showing at her latest appearance at Redcliffe, beaten 2.5 metres into second. With a little luck from the second line she could bounce back straight away. MARTIN MAGIC (8) is a newcomer to the Matt Elkins yard. Placed three back at Mt Gambier. Could measure up. SAN SABA (4) worked last start but came from the back row to win at this circuit and distance prior so is worth another chance.
