LOVE A BELLE (3) made a nice return at her latest appearance when she drew on the back row and chased along the sprint lane for second at Cranbourne. Aided by a better draw and has recorded a win and two placings in three tries at this shorter distance so could improve and win. EMERGING DEAL (9) is a progressive filly who has finished top-three in her last five starts, winning twice. Has had eight weeks off since scoring from this row at Wagga but was kept up to the mark with a nice trial. BEACH DELIGHT (2) has been good in his last two outings at Wagga, racing parked when beaten 1.8m last week and finishing runner-up from a wider barrier than this prior. Draws for a good showing. JILLIBY RYDER (8) draws on the second row but has put together a string of wins and placings and strikes at 50 per cent at this circuit and distance so must be respected.
