Has won two of three second-up attempts so should be improved and hasn't missed a place in six tries at this distance range, winning three. Draws wide on the back row but this is a significant class drop. USYK (9) tackled some strong juveniles last season, last seen in the Vicbred Super Series where he won a heat. Six-time winner as a two-year-old and he strikes at 50 per cent at this distance. Tricky draw but should be ready to go off a trial win. JILLIBY ILLUSION (1) faded when well fancied last start but led to score easily when fresh prior, her third win on the trot. Has the speed to take advantage of this draw so could bounce back. MIKI LOCH (4) won the only time he raced here and is in form recording a win and a nose second in his last two starts at Wagga.
