SATTRIYA (1) has been in the money twice to start her career, and both times she has raced on wet tracks. She probably found the heavy track a touch too testing here just over 6 weeks ago, and with plenty of time to recover, she should be the one to beat here. MISISSIPI GAMBLER (3) boomed home too late when finishing fifth at Te Rapa a fortnight ago when finishing fifth. Dropping back to 1400m is the query here, but with the pace on, she can't be ruled out of winning this. LA KWIK (4) just battled on heavy tracks last winter, and she is resuming from a decent spell that would have done her the world of good. She won a recent trial earlier this month at Foxton, and with Craig Grylls in the saddle from the pole position, she will be sure to run a big race. FLEUR DE BLUES (2) will enjoy stepping up from 1200m to 1400m, and she will continue to improve this year with more racing. Each-way. UNDERTHEBOARDWALK (8) was third on debut here nearly 3 weeks ago. Stick with her.
