About York Racecourse
York Racecourse, sometimes known as 'the Knavesmire', is located in York, in North Yorkshire, England. It hosts three Group 1 races each year, including the Juddmonte International Stakes, as well as the Ebor Handicap, the richest flat handicap race in Europe. It can hold up to 60,000 spectators.
