BUCKENARA has drawn well and looks set to get the run of the race, dropping back to the 1600m which appears more suitable after a couple of plain runs; she won over this trip three starts back and can reproduce that effort here. DE LOUVIERE returned in terrific fashion with a win at Canberra last start, remains at the 1600m and secures the in-form Zac Lloyd, making her a strong chance to go back-to-back. HARDPOINT has been racing consistently this preparation and, while a little below her best last start, is expected to bounce back. MICRO MAGIC deserves to be in the mix on recent form, steps up in trip and looks ready for the challenge.
