A very limited 1600n maiden to kick off proceedings here at Gosford. LEGO MASTER goes on top for the Baker x Parr combination, he comes through a nice enough Goulburn contest and maps to get the run of the race from gate 4. ARTIE STEAMER is the danger but looks awfully short at $2.00. The change to a senior jockey with Gibbons jumping aboard is the big tick but I suspect he?ll drift in the market. SO SUPERIOR is the only other winning chance, solid recent trial and is suited over 1600m fresh. DISGRUNTLED a place chance.

About Gosford Racecourse
Gosford Racecourse is one hour's drive north of Sydney and 91 kilometres south of Newcastle. It held its first meeting in 1913. The Gosford Racecourse hosts 20 meetings each year, including the Gosford Gold Cup, Gosford 3yo Classic, Carlton Slipper and the Thousand Guineas. The track is 1710 metres long with a 250-metre-long straight.
