AMISTOZO (10) kicked off her career with a win eight days ago, getting home by 2.75 metres over 2000m at Oamaru. Interesting to see what unfolds from this wide draw. This should be an easier assignment so she is a major player again. CALL DUDLEY (4) again drew a wide gate last start and was safely held, beaten 23 metres into tenth at Ashburton Raceway over 2400m. Finds a nice race and can improve sharply. D J'S GAMBLE (2) is worth plenty of thought off a last-start win by 4 metres at Geraldine over 1950m. Top-three credentials on that effort. FATHER MIKE (11) cannot be ruled out but needs a bit of luck from the tricky draw.
