About Chester Racecourse
Chester Racecourse, in the city of Chester in the northwest of England, has been in operation since 1539. The course is approximately 1800 metres in length, and hosts up to 15 race meetings per year. The feature races of its marquee three-day event include the Chester Cup, Chester Vase and Ormonde Stakes.
