HERITAGE BLOOM (7) has the most reliable profile, with two wins and seven placings from ten starts and an excellent record at this track and distance. He was beaten nine lengths as favourite when resuming, so the margin has to be acknowledged, but he still ran second and his broader 1400m record makes him the one to beat. DAISHIN LINK (3) was plain last start at Hanshin Dirt, yet his start-prior fourth, beaten just over a length, is strong enough to give him a clear rebound chance third-up. PREDATEUR (2) brings the sharper recent win, having scored by a neck at this track last start, and his two wins at around 1400m keep him right in the argument. MIRAI TAILOR (11) resumes after eight months, but she ended last campaign with a third beaten a long neck in FM ALLOW company at Hanshin Dirt after a narrow second at Kyoto Dirt, and her record with Yuji Nakai gives her a genuine each-way profile fresh.
