ONEIRA (9) broke her win drought with an easy win at Trentham 5 weeks ago. She handles wet tracks, and she won't find this assignment any harder. She stays at the same weight, and can repeat the dose. BRADMAN (1) resumes from a spell, and he does usually take a run or 2 before hitting his straps. His trial form this year has been very good, and he could run boldly fresh. Check the market moves. SILENT IS GOLD (2) is not really at home on a wet track, and failed to fire at Trentham in a 4-horse field there 5 weeks ago. He has won a Foxton trial since then, and if the track is reasonable, then he can figure in the top 3. SLIPPER ISLAND (3) ran a much better race for fourth in a stronger field at Trentham 3 weeks ago. He looks nicely placed in this field and gets a good chance to return to the top 3. Each way value.
