SPELLBOUND (1) tackled some hot fields as a juvenile, and though beaten, he was not disgraced. His trial form has always been very good, and resuming at this level from the pole position, should make him the one to beat fresh up. ROYCE (2) showed potential as a juvenile and his breeding suggests that he will only get better with more time over longer trips than this. He has trialled up recently, and should be hitting the line hard. MAGNATE (5) has been nominated and scratched a few times lately, and after 2 wins from as many trials, we are eager to see him on race day. Follow the market moves. HIGH GOAL (4) resumes from a spell that would have done him the world of good. He cops a wide gate, and has not trialled up publicly, but he has scope, and is worthy of respect. LI'L MISS PERFECT (11) makes her debut from the pole position, and a recent trial win says she has plenty of scope. Follow any market confidence.
