NEVER GIVE AN INCH (10) has the most appealing profile, resuming after a strong closing campaign that included a seven-length Restricted win over 1250m and a solid second at this track when beaten just over two lengths. The 1020m is new for him, but his overall form reads well enough to make him the one to beat. MOALI (7) is still a maiden after two starts, yet both efforts at this track were full of merit, including a third in Open grade when beaten two lengths. SINGHA BAY (4) is a proven track-and-trip performer and comes through a third behind Pacific Storm, with a prior favourite failure the main reservation. BULL FIGHT (5) was plain first-up, but his two wins and two places from seven starts at this track and distance keep him in the place mix if he sharpens second-up.
