ASK DEAD HEAT (6) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race last time out over 2600m at Hakodate, finishing second and beaten one length. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. BIRTHRIGHT (9) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third when resuming last start over 2600m at Hakodate. Looks well placed so expect another big run. JUN TSUBAMEGAESHI (7) missed the placings first up recently but was not too far from the winner when fifth over 2600m at Hakodate. Among the winning hopes. WAKEFIELD (11) scored last start at Hakodate to make it two wins from two starts this campaign. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Should give backers a sight again.
