Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. IVY MEOW (5) changes rider since being well held last time in 11th over 1000m at Hakodate Dirt on June 27. Not a lot of depth to this race so a return to form looks likely. LONG FULL SPEC (6) drifted back when resuming last start over 1000m at Hakodate Dirt and failed to threaten, beaten 8 lengths into sixth. Should park just off the speed and is sure to be competitive. CURREN COCONA (7) finished ninth when first-up from a spell last start over 1000m at Hakodate Dirt after racing on the pace for much of the way. Can figure in the finish.
