DON ACHEKA (8) is the horse to beat after returning with a decisive four-length win over 1400m at this track as a prohibitive odds-on favourite. He beat Haruno Impact there, had previously been tested in A2 company at Sonoda, and the one-from-one record at this venue with Seiya Tatara aboard gives his case a solid base. PHOTOSPHERE (5) is the obvious danger, having put three wins together and scored by three lengths at each of his past two, with five wins and two placings from seven starts at this track. DIXIE VOGUE (1) brings the sharpest recent winning profile, following a seven-length C3 win with another odds-on success by a length and a half, and her four wins from five starts at this venue demand respect. OR DU SOUVERAIN (6) is more of a place-weighted chance after being beaten eight and a half lengths last start, though three wins and three placings from eight runs at this track keep him in the wider mix.
