DOESYOURMOTHERKNOW (5) gets top billing after two solid placings in better reference points, including a G2 F Open second at Greyville and a first-up second in FM BM98 company at Turffontein Inside. Her established 1400m record and prior win at this venue give her the most rounded profile. FLOWER ISLAND (2) is the obvious danger after resuming with a G2 win over Hazy Dazy as firming favourite, and her unbeaten record at the distance keeps her right in the contest. GOOD DAY SUNSHINE (3) was beaten only a head by Griselda last start and has strong figures at this track, though 1400m is new ground. GRISELDA (7) beat Good Day Sunshine fresh and brings winning form, but the step to an untried 1400m makes her less straightforward than the main pair.
