











7 and 4 to lead 10 and 1 in the final event, a fairly standard six furlong BM78. WATSON made a nice return when resuming and has improved 1st- to 2nd-up in both previous campaigns. The quinella really got away from the others there at Canterbury so you would really hope that runner-up Clear Proof ran well back to that same venue on Wednesday just gone. COLUMBIA BLUE was well backed and handled quite a few of these at Rosehill a few weeks back. Transfers from wet to dry but can't see that looming as a huge problem. MAFIA was very quick to scratch from the first in favour of this race.
