HARDUNBY was lapped on the heavy on debut, but will be in the mix here after finishing second beaten 6 lengths behind Group2 winner Miraval Rose (102 rater) in synthetic 1000m jumpout. OSHIMA will be a big improver here on debut over 1200m. Stuck on well in the manner of one who would appreciate further after running 3rd best last 600m of the race. Rises 400m here. BLANCHE BASS has a solid record over the 1600m and gets a similar scenario here from inside barrier as last start, when making good improvement in second run on a synthetic. MISS SHIINO ran on well here first up over 1400m when tested on synthetic for the first time. Better for the experience and increase in distance.
