SUPER PHOTON (7) had no luck in the G3 Aotearoa Classic at Ellerslie 4 weeks ago when starting from a wide gate, and before that, he had the right run to score at Tauranga. He draws a lot closer to the rails this time, and will also carry 2.5kg less than last time. Hard to beat at some decent value. SUNSET BOULEVARD (2) was in good form in the South Island, and his recent freshen up would have done him no harm. He has winning form on this track and will be right in the finish again. DEALT WITH (8) set the pace and weakened in the run home in the G3 Aotearoa Stakes last time out, and he is likely to take up the early running in this. He is down in the weights and will take some pegging back in this field. Stick with him. BOZO (1) went huge on the West Coast, ending that prep with a win in the Kumara Nuggets. She will relish a wet track and can't be taken lightly. Go again. CANNON HILL (3) has been racing well in some hot fields recently, and he slides back to a nice level here.
