State-based Tote pools across Australia have been combined into a single national Tote ('One Pool'), meaning there is now only one set of Tote dividends nationwide.
This industry-wide change may affect the prices available and how some Tote bets are settled. Tote (TO) now represents the combined national Tote ('One Pool'), while Tote+ (TO+) returns the better of the Tote dividend and Starting Price (SP).
Other rules:Only final field runners subject to deductions

1400m QTIS 3yo Maiden Plate. Fifteen can run in what is a no pace race 'on paper'. As things stand Gollan is good for three, all others flying solo. As things stand three will be on debut, four will be having just their 2nd start. When it comes to the wet the best credentialed can be MYSTICAL. Three attempts for a 3rd and 4th in NSW then 5th on this track in The Phoenix, a Listed Race. Drew wide and was set an impossible task that day. AKSHAYA debuted on top of the ground, she too drew wide, she too was set an impossible task. Drops 4 kg's thanks to the claim. PINK DOGWOOD ran on well on debut, was any old price, and keep very much in mind a stablemate won. The extra 250m here should help. My word it should.
