DIAMOND EYE is very consistent and just went under in a two horse war last start when stepped up to 1400m on the big track at Sale. Nice margin back to third. Well backed that day on solid metro midweek run behind Here's Mathilda who the easily won metro midweek BM64 by 3 lengths. SKYDREAM has toyed with rivals winning jumpouts at Murtoa and Donald on Heavy 8 tracks. Very good effort in narrow loss, beat third by 3.7 lengths after booting clear at Terang over 1600m on Soft 6 prior to spell. GALACTIC GIRL finished on par with Diamond Eye at Sandown then was expected to go close at Moe, but a cardiac arrhythmia was detected post race so put pen through that run. ABAYA was run off her feet early in Mornington 1000m jump out on Heavy 9 against the flyer Myhro's Ruler, but liked the way she kept building through the line despite big margin from winner. Looks suited 1300m first-up on big track. PICCINA, slow out debut, but running on nicely without a lot of room. Natural improver.
