LIZARD ISLAND (9) turned in a nice effort last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just a neck from the winner in second over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt after being prominent at the corner. Ready to win after two runs back. D'S GOLD (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 5.5 lengths when fourth in a 1600m contest at this track four weeks ago. Facing a tougher assignment but he is worth another chance. HORATIO (16) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Nakayama Dirt over 1800m. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time.
