Looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 2000m at Nakayama. Has a huge finish. Drawn out but hard to hold out fresh. DANON ASCOLTI (16) resumes from a spell of three months and is having her first outing under new trainer Masahiro Otake. Finished sixth at this track over 1800m at the opening run last time in work. Well-placed and is among the chances. BEAR SANAECHAN (8) could only manage to finish fifth, beaten 4.5 lengths, at her latest appearance over 1600m at this track. Should be about the money.
