State-based Tote pools across Australia have been combined into a single national Tote ('One Pool'), meaning there is now only one set of Tote dividends nationwide.
This industry-wide change may affect the prices available and how some Tote bets are settled. Tote (TO) now represents the combined national Tote ('One Pool'), while Tote+ (TO+) returns the better of the Tote dividend and Starting Price (SP).
SUPERB SPIRIT (6) is the horse to beat after resuming with a close third at this track, beaten just under a length after being bumped and settling midfield. He's since trialled well here and Ho sticks from that heat. Looks a progressive talent and can bounce back to winning ways with the fresh run behind him. FASTOSO (9) brings Australian form that reads well for this, including a fifth at Sandown-Hillside beaten just over two lengths and a prior run in a Listed race. Looks ready with a few trials under his belt and he won't be far away. CELESTIAL HERO (2) won here last start by a neck and keeps Zac Purton in the saddle.
