MIGHTY PROFIT (4) is the one to beat off a debut that had plenty of merit, finishing fifth at this track when beaten just under two lengths after being bumped and settling rearward before closing strongly. He has trialled strongly coming into this and looks ready to take the next step on resumption. CALL ME SPARKLE (2) dipped at the end of last campaign but his last two trials suggest he's back on song and ready to fire first-up. He'll get a a lovely run from a favourable barrier and with his upside, he appears the main danger. LITTLE MONSTER (8) improved last start to be 1.5L off the winnere at this track and distance and gets the winkers on for the first time. Needs some luck from the gate but his latest effort shows he's good enough. CROSSBORDERDUDE (1) has been plain at the trials but tends to be better on raceday. Can return with a forward showing.
