He is third-up, but back to 1000m may be the query. Drawn nicely for the straight course though and he can land the kncokout blow. AUTUMN VIBES (2) brings a sharp second-up profile after missing by a neck at Happy Valley and Purton sticks with him. He looks well placed in this scenario and if he can run up to his recent figures, he'll be hard to hold out. SPICY SPANGLE (4) has the winning form, having beaten Solar River at Happy Valley when well found in betting. Has to do it at Sha Tin now, but he's drawn well out wide and can make an impression. SOLAR RIVER (10) was runner-up to Spicy Spangle last start and has placed twice from four tries at the trip, so he remains a genuine danger if he can turn recent place form into a winning result.
