Will need a good ride from Yuji Tannai off the awkward draw. Likely improver with strong prospects. DOLCE RETURN (9) again failed to feature last start, finishing eighth and beaten 8 lengths over 2000m at Hakodate. Settles back early but winds up late. One of the contenders. FLIEGER (7) finished midfield at his first run back from a spell last start, beaten 9 lengths over 2600m at Kokura at big odds. Solid contender in this line up.
