Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Sure to be in the finish. FINE SUMMER DAY (1) impressed when successful on debut over 1400m at Tokyo three-and-a-half months ago and has not been produced since. Has loads of upside and is among the chances again. CHARTRES (7) is back from a spell of nine weeks. Closed last prep as a winner, taking out a 1400m contest at Tokyo by 1.75 lengths. Should be involved in the finish.
