TAKAMAKI THREE (3) started at $7.70 last time on the back of a win at Mizusawa two starts ago but was below his best, finishing seventh over 850m. Toshiki Yamamoto gets the best out of this five-year-old entire. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. CHATEAU BOBBY (1) is yet to fill a placing in two runs since resuming from a spell, the latest when tenth over 1600m at Mizusawa. Has further improvement to come and can turn things around. JUZCAR (6) settled well back from a good draw last time before getting home nicely to finish fourth over 850m at Mizusawa. Outsprinted in the run home but kept coming and appears suited by the longer journey. Can sneak into the finish.
