LOIE (10) settled well back before making steady ground in the straight last start to finish fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths, over this journey at Mizusawa. Suited here and expected to prove tough to stop. BAERU (2) hit the frame two starts ago at Mizusawa but ran below par last time when sixth over 1400m at Mizusawa. Finds a suitable race and is expected to be in the finish. AZZURRA (6) did little and finished sixth over 1400m at this track last start. Tough to beat if near her best. SHINY MAIN (8) produced a better run last start when fifth over 1400m at Mizusawa. Has her share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
