VIVACIOUS WIN (10) sat on the speed but couldn't hold on, going under in a photo finish as the race favourite here. Chau hops on board now as he still looks for his maiden victory. Can sit handy again from the good draw today and he can put his best foot forward yet again. MIGHTY STEED (1) bounced back to his best last time out when the equal favourite at this track and trip under the top weight. This looks to shape similarly, although he has drawn the outside again. He'll spear across from out wide and be tough to run down if he's able to dictate from the front. JUSTIFYING (9) is on trial at the 1650m trip after a 3.3L defeat over 1200m most recently. The rise in trip should suit however and he'll get every chance to run the distance from an inside barrier. Wouldn't surprise to see him in the finish. GENERAL REDWOOD (8) held on to win last start beating Vivacious Win. Can go on with the job.
