STAR BROSE (9) gets Zac Purton in the saddle today after partnering him in his latest trial. He steps back out to 2200m today where he bumped into a smart winner two stats ago. He remains down in the weights and he should be able to take closer order today from a good alley. ROMANTIC FANTASY (11) has been beaten a combined 1.7L in his last five outings. He continues to knock in the door, flashing late over 1800m to be beaten in a three-way photo finish most recently. May get back again but watch for him closing strongly. JOYFUL PROSPERITY (8) beat Romantic Fantasy at his last start 35 days ago in a photo finish. That was a bounce back to form as he dropped inn grade there and rose to 2200m again. Remains at the same track and trip now and can go on with the job without surprising. NOBLE PURSUIT (2) is untested at this trip, though his latest effort suggests the rise in trip may suit.
