PAVO (7) should be peaking now after finishing second over 2000m at Kyoto last time at the third run of the campaign. R Wada stays on and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Should be hard to stop. YOKA O (5) was prominent at the bend and finished second last start over 2000m at Tokyo, beaten 1.5 lengths. Ready to go one better. SPARTAN X (8) pushed forward on debut last start and boxed on to finish second over 2000m at Kyoto. Do not underestimate.
