ASK HAPPY MAN (15) is yet to break through after five career starts but rarely far away. Could only manage to finish fourth last time out over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt following a minor placing at Kokura Dirt over 1700m the run prior. Likely to play a major role. G T PICASSO (5) returned from a spell four weeks ago when he was beaten 4.5 lengths into fourth over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. KITANO TRE BONE (2) resumes from a spell of 12 weeks. Could only manage to finish seventh at the latest run over 1800m at this track. Opened last prep with a minor placing at Kyoto Dirt over 1900m. Has ability and must be included in calculations.
