BENNIE AND THE JETS (2) added to a string of wins and placings when he drew wide and showed plenty of fight to score last start at Bendigo, hid third success from his last four outings. No excuses from this advantageous draw so another win could be on the cards. STOCKMAN PETER (4) overcame a 50m handicap when he scored first up at Mt Gambier then finished 4 metres from the winner in third at Hamilton at the latest outing. Drops to a distance where his strike rate is encouraging and he races well when third up. FREIGHT SHAKER (7) should find this easier than his most recent appearance. Recorded a string of wins and placings prior including a victory here. Draws wide but he is capable. MISTER BLINDSIDE (5) is back after a seven week let-up and his best form measures up.
