MADNESS D'ELLE (2) placed 2.5L second in a 3218m maiden hurdle at Punchestown making his debut for current connections. Selected to go one better. MANOIR DE MIRANDE (3) was a flat race winner in France. Fell late tackling a 3419m maiden hurdle at Cork on his Irish debut. Rates a major threat despite disappointing at Leopardstown subsequently. AROUET (1) showed good form in three starts on the flat including placing 2.25L second in the 2414m Listed King George V Cup at Leopardstown June last year. Dangerous making his jumping debut. Unraced Getaway gelding YOUKNOWTHECODE (9) is a half-brother to three winners. One to note.

Gowran Park is located about 15 minutes’ drive from the town of Kilkenny in Ireland. Racing has been held here since 1914. It stages mostly National Hunt races in the winter month, including the Group 3 Denny Cordell Lavarack and Lanwades Stud Fillies Stakes.
