SIGN OF SPRING (3) brings the clearest recent form, having been well-supported when fourth in a FM Mdn at this track last start, beaten just over a length, after placing behind Chinwag the run prior. She also holds a recent head-to-head edge over Gimme Perfect and has placed at the 1600m, so she looks the right horse to beat. GIMME PERFECT (2) is the obvious danger off a two-month freshening, with her last-start fourth behind Chinwag good enough to keep her firmly in the mix despite still being winless from four. JACK A DANDY (7) is harder to trust after being unwanted and beaten five lengths first-up, but she has a prior line through Sign Of Spring at Kenilworth and can improve second-up. PARADIGM SHIFT (4) made sharp progress when beaten just under a length at big odds last start, and while the 1600m is new territory, that latest effort gives her a genuine placing hope.
