State-based Tote pools across Australia have been combined into a single national Tote ('One Pool'), meaning there is now only one set of Tote dividends nationwide.
This industry-wide change may affect the prices available and how some Tote bets are settled. Tote (TO) now represents the combined national Tote ('One Pool'), while Tote+ (TO+) returns the better of the Tote dividend and Starting Price (SP).
Other rules:Only final field runners subject to deductions
Selections: 13-7-9-1
NOLABELL ran third to Simply Sid at Balaklava when resuming. She's likely to have taken benefit from that hitout and should appreciate the step up to 1200m. GIFT OF SILENCE didn't have the best of luck when runner-up at Murray Bridge first-up from a spell. She was a bit one paced in the run to the line in a city maiden at her next start and looks suited here rising to 1200m. KHORASAN has been freshened since failing to see out the 1600m trip at Murray Bridge last month. DESERT CHARM raced wide throughout at Gawler at his second start and did well to finish fifth. Blinkers go on for the first time today.
