Potentially a handy race for a Sunday and it's race 1! Assuming AND THERE YOU GO is in Adelaide Saturday. LIFT NET did a great job to win his maiden 1st up against some race fit older horses. He had jumped out well on soft ground prior. KARVECCHIAN was the pick of the new-comers but all four have shown ability. NO FRIENDS made a good debut behind an impressive winner in fast time. He was a good jump out horse going into that race. SOULSEASE RIVER jumped out quite well before an inconclusive synthetic debut. He was always in the kick-back. The query from that race is he was clearly unfancied as a $20 chance. Like the booking of M Dee. For mine, LADY PUISSANCE did more than enough at Sale 1st up. She didn't have the best run in transit yet still ran through the line ok with 1425m in mind. She has a light weight advantage.

About Seymour Racecourse
Seymour Racecourse, on the Hume Highway, is close to Seymour’s town centre. Racing here attracts a quality field. It hosts the Seymour Vase in August and the Seymour Cup in October. The track is 1800 metres long with a home straight of 380 metres.
