IMPENDING SHADOW is suited back to this class of race. She loomed to be competitive at Caulfield then peaked on that run. She was 2nd up and 5 weeks between runs. Have to have some query on her being 6 weeks between runs now. ROSIE'S PROPHECY has strong border form. Her best stats are on good tracks but there are placings on wet. Firm ground was blamed for CENSORI's fail 1st up. On her debut win at Sandown she has to be a hope. SHADASHI has trialled well for her return. 3 runs back she finished 2nd to Gr 1 placegetter Sweltering. That mare's run prior was a 2nd at Flemington in open mare's grade over the VRC Carnival. She finished 2nd over 1300m last prep in a decent maiden on a H8. THUNDER HAWK needs a win but she is never far away. Don't know MAHMUDAH this wet but she's had a terrific prep and think she can go on. BREAK THE TABOO is fit and flying and showing a liking for wet tracks. CARNIVAL RICHES is a promising filly. Liked her return on a H9.
