Meets SKYHOOK at level weights so has to improve but look at his overall 2nd-up form; he does tend to improve a bit at second run back. If that can happen here he becomes a great each-way bet just as he was 1st-up. Clearly no knock on SKYHOOK, he has remembered how to win and notched up a $1M prizemoney with that successful return. Old star PRIVATE EYE was good in Melbourne then just never really loomed up last time. Certainly not ruling him out of more wins just yet.
