Pierro 14 years ago was the last winner to come from worse than third at the 400m so predicting the speedmap is crucial. SHIKI looked a real jump-and-run filly early on, but has been able to settle off them in her recent couple and was impressive on the Gold Coast a week before an unlucky Magic Millions run. EVICTION NOTICE was better first up than he was on debut and might improve again in his second run for a prep. HIDRIX was all class on debut while his well-backed stablemate CONFEDERATION did plenty wrong and was still good, he clearly has upside. INCOGNITO had excuses in that Canonbury.
