SOUNDWAVE looks well placed here having placed on synthetic track at Cambridge (left handed) in NZ before coming to Victoria. Went off heavily $1.90 fav at Hamilton on a Heavy 10 and battled on well so obviously very forward. PUMP THE PEDALS sat three wide without cover when resuming at Caulfield Heath over 1000m so will relish drop back to provincial class. Can find excuses last three starts and debut against Zourosa reads well. PARAMOUNT PLUS was posted three wide without cover at Geelong first up and sizzled home. One more stride and clearly is in front. VEGAS MISSILE placed on a Soft 7 track in latest jump out, but looked more comfortable on firmer surfaces in other jump out.
