Lame last start when favourite after finding trouble in Group 3 event at Caulfield. BEAUTIFUL BEVY ran a decent enough race in town on debut and then bled in most recent start. Led and extended nicely here in synthetic jump out. POETIC WAY jumped out nicely on a soft 7 at Cranbourne behind metro placed maiden Jimmy Beans and imported Australian debut winner Fyreline. CACCHIONE has been kept relatively fresh for this and that has been his best form to date. Placed at MV on debut, and narrowly beaten first up to start this preparation. Agitated and action not right post race report last run. EARTHSTONE resumes but put in a massive run on debut on much tighter track than this. Looks suited on dry.
