State-based Tote pools across Australia have been combined into a single national Tote ('One Pool'), meaning there is now only one set of Tote dividends nationwide.
This industry-wide change may affect the prices available and how some Tote bets are settled. Tote (TO) now represents the combined national Tote ('One Pool'), while Tote+ (TO+) returns the better of the Tote dividend and Starting Price (SP).
Other rules:Only final field runners subject to deductions
Selections: 3-5-2-1
VALUED got the money over 2000m at Murray Bridge two starts ago, then was runner-up to Nottolook in a much stronger race at the same track last time. PIANTA continues to perform consistently. All three of his wins have come on this track. FIOROWNGOOD made it two wins on the trot when he defeated Fonn Power at Donald last start. He has been kept fresh for this. EAGLE ANGEL (formerly trained by Gavin Bedggood) is one to keep an eye on. He hasn't won for almost 12 months but he's dropping sharply in grade on recent runs. Stablemate INITIAL MOMENT improved into the placings at Coleraine at her third run back from a break.
