State-based Tote pools across Australia have been combined into a single national Tote ('One Pool'), meaning there is now only one set of Tote dividends nationwide.
This industry-wide change may affect the prices available and how some Tote bets are settled. Tote (TO) now represents the combined national Tote ('One Pool'), while Tote+ (TO+) returns the better of the Tote dividend and Starting Price (SP).
Other rules:Only final field runners subject to deductions
Selections: 1-3-2-5
GATSBY CROWN was placed behind Flying Straz at Donald when resuming. Winkers go on for the first time today and he won his maiden this route. Big watch on SPIKE ALMIGHTY coming into this off the back of a 900m jumpout win at Coleraine. MAGIC FIELD has never missed a place on this track. There were excuses for him at Warracknabeal two starts ago, then he went to Gawler where he finished just behind the placegetters. ALL PINK drops in grade on recent runs and looks a likely improver. CHILLI REAPER (formerly trained by Patrick Payne) is unknown over this trip but could show up without surprising.
