Victorian raider TOO MUCH TOO SOON was confidently backed but was no match for an all-the-way victor when resuming. She'll be better for the hitout and has strong claims to go one better. The on-pacer LAWRENNY BOYS is bursting for a win having placed at five of his past six attempts and another spirited bid is expected in this. NORTHERN CHILD showed ability in his initial prep and any positive market moves must be respected. CAN'T CATCH CHILLI battled away soundly after facing the breeze fresh and will only be improved.
